The re-utilisation, conversion and expansion of this facility are instrumental in securing the success. Cadarn provided full engineering support services including all condition assessments, structural design, infrastructure design and support throughout the strategic phases from construction to completion.
Utilising cutting edge software and research design methods the structural and hydraulic design was completed through rigorous development.
Part of the original design brief was to demonstrate that the existing 1950’s steel portal was suitable to accommodate use specific loading 5 times what a current day design would be expected to support.
Assisting both the client team and principal contractor during constructing the finished project is awe-inspiring.
